In my role as a Recruiting Outreach Partner at Boys Town and Boys Town National Research Hospital located in Omaha, NE, I play a pivotal role in implementing outreach strategies for recruitment across various positions and locations, spanning Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C. Specifically, my responsibilities extend to managing the social media strategy for both LinkedIn and the Boys Town Careers Facebook page. I actively create engaging content that not only showcases the unique work culture at Boys Town but also works towards enhancing the overall employer brand. Furthermore, I am deeply involved in cultivating and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including the community, universities, and various vendors. This engagement is crucial for effective talent acquisition marketing, and I leverage data analysis to derive insights that inform and shape future recruitment strategies.
